The customer has 14 calendar days to return an item from the date they receive it. All returns must have their original packaging. Products that are sealed cannot have a seal broken. If the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned for a refund unless defective.
We inspect all returned items; the product must be in new or unused condition with all original product inserts and accessories to receive a refund.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been processed. However, a replacement item will be sent to you in the case of defective items. An email will be sent to you once the return has been processed.
If you purchased a bundle item and only need to return certain items. The refund amount will be based on the prorated rate of the returned item.
If you decide to return the full bundle, all items received in the bundle must be returned to receive a refund.
Shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility in case of buyer's remorse return, such as an item color/quality, change of mind, order mistake, or something else. However, the shipping cost will be refunded in the case of damaged or defective items.
A $40.00 restocking and repackaging fee will apply to all bundle returns. In addition, there will be a $10.00 restocking and repackaging fee for all single-item returns.
