Terms and Conditions

As part of this training course, you may be asked to kneel on the floor for extended periods. You will also be actively performing compressions, which may be strenuous on the body. By providing your initials below, you acknowledge that you are fully capable of performing the CPR maneuvers. You also acknowledge that Saving Touch CPR Training and Supplies cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during training.

You must pass the course before receiving certification. Once all documentation and payments have been received, your e-card will be processed. E-Cards will be available for download within 24 to 48 hours after course completion

Payments

Course and certification cost is $65.00. Courses not requiring certification is $ $45.00- $50.00 depending on the course You have two options to complete your payment. In- Person on the day of class or online. If you select online payments, payment must be received within 72 hours of the course. For in-person option, only cash payments will be accepted and must be paid before the start of classes. If you have selected online payment, after completing this form, please visit our online store by selecting the shop button below to complete your enrollment by selecting your course in our online store and complete your payment. A confirmation email including the date, time and location of the course will be sent to your once your enrollment has been fully processed.
